Private Medical Insurance
I am able to accept patients with most private healthcare insurance. Please get in touch to check yours. You will need to provide me with your membership number and authorisation code before your first appointment.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance will be charged except for exceptional circumstances.

Where is it?
I am located in Arch Lash and Brow Studio which is situated in a high-spec cabin on 135 Stanbridge Road. It sits just to the right of the house and is easily assessable. There is no waiting area so if arriving early, please wait until your appointment time.
Where can I park?
You can park right in front of the cabin on the right hand side of the driveway. If this is being used, there is free on-street parking directly opposite on Lywood Road.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please wear loose fitting clothing that you can easily move around in.
Please be prepared to share your medical history and bring any relevant information eg GP letters, imaging reports etc.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer is best but cash is accepted.
